Tumi contacted me and told me that the bag is unfixable, something about the zipper no longer available and they offered me 95 Dollars credit on a new product from Tumi..Well Tumi is very expensive and when I purchased this carry on bag many years ago, I thought there was a lifetime warranty..thus I refused the offer in a clearly written back email to them. I am waiting to hear from them, Michael

Truth is the only way to be straight up. Well you could magically think wow.i just listen to the bank and called tuma and I spoke the truth.

They took the money out of the bank that day. You can't get a hold of anybody to talk to anybody to ask any questions! Not happy with this site at all! this store is not responding to anything they took the money from me and still haven't got my items.

My tv stand for my 75 inch tv gaming entertainment center ps5, led tv stand with storage cabinet for living room came today. It came from Janis Furniture.
My issue is the handling of the box was terrible and it has *** on the side. Someone lost all the bolts and screws that were in the plastic bag.
All I need is the screws to put it together. Can the company send me more bolts and screws please.
